Only a few weeks ago, while preparing for the recent May team for the MTL weekend, I saw that while I regularly look at how I want to BE, I have seldom in my life, looked at WHAT I want for me!!  I can see so many of you nodding and smiling...'He's got it!! At last!!' and I won't mention your names!! (But I'd love to!)...and I want to raise at least £1,500 towards the group target of £5,000

It's 23 years since I last ran a marathon, and almost 10 yrs since I did a 20 min jog on a running machine, (that's my total running!), so I am way out of touch with serious training BUT, More to Life is in need of funds to underpin their amazing work in this turbulent world of ours, and for the first time in ages, I'm asking for sponsors to support my walking/jogging/shuffling 20 miles at this fun run ...I can see me striding confidently across the finish line, but have no idea what state I'll be in!!  I really think that paint will dry faster!!
