We work to prevent breast cancer to stop women, and men, being diagnosed.

Story

We all know the support charities can give and in this present day everyone is doing their bit however many don’t fully appreciate the support charities provide until it’s actually needed.

My wife Emma had been battling breast cancer for the last 7 years but unfortunately this progressed and eventually lost the fight. She passed away recently at the age of 32, none of us expected how soon this was to be and no one can prepare you for this.

Research has come on leaps and bounds In the last few years with a new research facility recently being given 90 million pounds funding in London. I can’t help but think that if it had been a few more years before it progressed then they may have found a new treatment which would have been a breakthrough for her.

I may not be able to change the past but I can definitely help towards the future and maybe even help change the outcome for others and stop their families and friends having to go through the same grief.
