This is my 14th London marathon in a row. I keep threatening to stop I know, but every year the Taverners insist I run again and it's tricky to let the charity down.

That's where my friends come in. Please help me raise money again for a great cause. I run, you give - that's the deal! 

I am extremely grateful and in truth a little bit guilty, but there again believe me it is not easy at my age this running business.
