Quit for a Bit -Get Kidney Fit They say it takes 30 days to break a bad habit and develop a positive new one, so take control of your cravings and quit your vice for 30 days to raise money for vital research.

Story

I am giving up all food and drink with added sugar as well as alcohol for a month: from 18 September to 17 October 2022.

Please donate what you are able. Every bit will go to Kidney Research UK to fund research and kidney patients.

Because of increasing noncommunicable diseases and other risk factors, the burden of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is increasing worldwide. Chronic kidney disease affects approximately 10% of the world's adult population.

Kidney disease ruins and destroys lives. Research is key to transforming kidney health and support is crucial to make this happen.
