My story is that I am a RAF veteran with over 30 years of service who, unexpectedly, had a pacemaker fitted in April 2016 which has transformed my life.  I would like to show that there is 'life in the old dog' yet and prepared to sweat it out to raise money for this very worthwhile charity.

The Legion's motto of "LIVE ON" is absolutely true and proves how each and every one of us can achieve a goal if we put our minds and souls into looking to the future.
