In June this year myself and 25 other riders will cycle from Sage's  Headquarters in Newcastle to Sage’s Paris Office 620 miles away in 7 days (hey why not - Paris is a great place to finish).

This challenge is part of Sage Day 2012 arranged by the Sage Cycle Club to help raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK.

This cause is close to me having lost my Sister-in-Law and oldest friend to cancer both at 42 years old. As so far I have managed to escape 42 unscathed I feel it is only right I do my bit to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.
