I'm running (as much as  i can) The beachy Head Marathon again and  am attempting to raise a couple of bob for MNDA .Times are very tight for most of us and so don't expect donations but encouragement instead.But If you are able to then respect to you i say as this trial of pain and endurance has sentimental meaning to me (a good mate fell to MN) so i do something for him and you help the cause.
