On 25th April I'm going to be walking a few miles with a bunch of other football-fan-type blokes to raise money for CACT. CACT does amazing work especially in the field of sport for all. Particularly dear to our heart is the football team that CACT runs for people with Down's syndrome. 

I'm also hoping that with all the good karma we generate that day, Charlton will smash Wigan 5-0. Come on you reds!
