On 31 March I'll be taking on a Full Ironman in Florida, USA. This is to raise money for the RAF 100 Appeal. This Appeal is raising money for the four key RAF charities (RAF Benevolent Fund, RAF Association, RAF Charitable Trust and the RAF Museum) and all the great work they do!
