This year, I am once again running the Reading Half Marathon for men working to overcome drug and alcohol addictions at Yeldall Manor.

As a family, we have known several men who are or have been through the Yeldall programme to help deal with and make lasting changes to their addictions. Some have become close friends. We are very keen to support their work so that more men may benefit.
