Story
I didn't have time to learn a wedding dance; I was sent to the UAE desert to pump cement for the month before my wedding. The cementer wouldn't dance with me, nor the mud man and the angry people would have cut my throat if I'd asked, so I learned to dance for my wife's retirement cruise when she'd done 40 years in Special Educational need ( we met at King Alfred's College in Winchester)
When David Mintz told me he couldn't dance this year I volunteered to take his place.
I never refuse a request for help, no matter what it is or how inconvenient it is for me. I know who I've helped and when. That makes me smile and that's enough for me.
I can look at companies house and see how companies I've helped have prospered. When I read of companies winning awards or floating I can feel pride in the part I've played in that.
