Mind are a very important charity for me and my family. In 2017 my brother, Justin had a mental health crisis over a 6 month period.  He struggled to cope and found the simple things difficult. Justin was very vocal about how he was feeling and we tried everything to help
him.  Unfortunately, there was long waiting lists on the NHS. Tragically, Justin took his own life in September 2017 and the affects have been devastating for me and my family.  Mind was one of the mental health charities that helped me and my family during and after we lost my
brother and I can’t thank them enough for the support that they offered us, through their resources and counselling services.  Mind are the Jensten Group’s sponsored charity for 2023-2024 and we are raising funds to support the charity have raised £3,000 so far.  Please sponsor Rob in his amazing challenge to raise more funds for this worthwhile charity and help people struggling with their mental health.
