I won't be running in the Ipswich Half Marathon on September the 23rd due to a recent heart attack, however several of my friends will be competing and I would just like to contribute as without the right people and medical care I received I would not be here today. So I have chosen The British Heart Foundation. If anyone would like to contribute it would be greatly appreciated.
