Its my 3rd year running for this great charity and in my 50th year this will be my last charity marathon.

EFDS have become close to my heart, they are not a big, corporate charity but still manage to provide sporting opportunities for a huge number of people with disabilities through dedication, hard work and selflessness, all traits I am in awe of. So my contribution, and yours, however small really does make a difference
