Story
Last year my brother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer. It came as a massive shock to the whole family that a fit and healthy 33 year old should receive such a diagnosis.
A year and half since the initial diagnosis, he continues to
receive chemotherapy treatment every few weeks. He remains positive but we are fully aware that his treatment is physically and mentally challenging. Fortunately, in addition to family and friends he also receives support from MacMillan Cancer Support. They are there to support him anytime of day with any concern he has.
For us as a family it is great to know he has this additional support.
I am taking part in the Wheels for Change 2021 100km cycle to raise awareness of the great work MacMillan Cancer Support do, as well as raise some money for this fantastic charity.
It would be great if you could make a donation as it will help the many people fighting cancer each year.
Thanks
Rob
