I am running this 10K to help Basic Foundations raise money so that they can carry on with the good work that they have already begun. Recently they completed a sanitation block for a children's centre in Nairobi, provided furniture for a school in The Gambia and are currently building a fruit and vegetable garden to help disabled people to earn an income for themselves in The Gambia, too.
