This Saturday 19th March I'll be braving a cold Gateshead morning staring off the top of the Baltic Centre trying not to wet my pants before zip sliding off from the Baltic Centre 42m up across the River Tyne!  I'm trying to raise as much money as possible to support the fantastic work of The Stroke Association and their efforts in Stroke care and research for a disease that affects around 150,000 people in the UK per year.  Thanks again
