As it's November I decided to join in with Movember and I'm aiming to raise £500. 

For those who don't know the Movember foundation raises money to invest in projects and research relating to prostate and testicular cancers. They also support projects which aim to reduce the rate of male suicide and promote awareness about mental health in men.

If we manage to reach the target of £500 I will shave my head at the end of the month/ beginning of December. I'm sure the mental image alone of me rocking a moustache with a bald head is enough to raise some money. There will be pictures and some video which I can send out if you leave your email address.
