Anyone that knows me knows that I support one charity a year by running silly distances across the country, this year however I have opted to run for two charities for personal reasons.

The charity that I am running for at the Serpent Trail Ultra 100k is Haven House.

Haven House supports local children and families, from birth, who are seriously ill and have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. 

I supported Haven House many years ago as part of a charity football match and I am supporting them again because they are a fantastic local charity that does an amazing job to make the lives of families, with children that have these terrible conditions, the best they can by supporting them with various services and support groups.
