Why this charity? Well, I work at a school and it seemed like the right charity to run for. 

Children and young people should be learning, having fun and planning their next mischief. Unfortunately some have to cope with illness, treatment and recovery. 

Whatever I can raise will help Teenage Cancer Trust offer unique and specialised support designed for young people.  It will fund specialised nurses, youth workers and hospital units in the NHS, so young people have dedicated staff and facilities to support them throughout treatment. 

Your donation will be my inspiration to get to the finish line.  

I have been training well on dark, cold mornings and evenings plus long weekend runs. Thank you to Mango, my Vizsla dog who always wants to go running and never complains! (There is a picture of him. Swipe/tap the gallery icon and it should change.)
