This September we are taking to our bikes and joining approximately 25 other hardy souls in a cycling adventure from one coast of Italy to the other. I was really looking forward to this until I realised that there were some mountains along the route! Sarah on the other hand is delighted and I think there may be some showing off along the way.

Irrespective of how much fun we have or how much pain we endure, it is all for a fantastic cause and one which many of you will know that I have a strong personal connection with.
