I'm running the Manchester 10km for AMMF, a bile duct cancer research charity, after one of my best friends from university tragically lost his Dad to cancer last year.  You can click on the in memory of Peter Lamb link above to read more. 

I know 10km isn't a marathon but this is for a really good cause so any contribution would be hugely appreciated. 

Also, whilst I have run the 10km a few times before, I've never done it properly for charity so think of me rolling four sponsorship requests into one and give as much as you can!
