Story

Thanks for your support with my London Marathon JustGiving challenge!

Helen and Douglas House have given me the opportunity to run the London Marathon in 2020 to raise funds for them. This is no cause more dear to me, as they provide remarkable support to Jasper, one of my former Cub Scouts, and his family. Also John Hawkins, a friend for thirty years works for them.

For Jasper, Helen and Douglas House provide a unique opportunity to spend time away from home in a safe environment that includes loads of social activities, trips and relaxation. The nurses and staff provide excellent care and Jasper has met several new friends. His parents have some respite and can be confident that he is in good care during his stay. Please donate to this very worthy cause.

My page donations will be sent direct to the charity in a fast and secure way. Its efficient, saves time and cuts costs for the charity. Helen & Douglas House supports terminally ill children and their families so that they don't have to face unimaginable heartbreak alone. To keep providing the care and love these families depend on, the charity need to find over £3 million a year.
