Story
Sick of doing 10K runs just for the fun of it, it's time for me to grab some charity cash at the same time.
Two targets... under 55 minutes for the run and over 200 quid sponsorship.
Only I can do the first bit, YOU can do the second bit.
So what do the Rainforest Foundation do? In their own words:
"The Rainforest Foundation supports indigenous people and traditional populations of the world's rainforests in their efforts to protect their environment and fulfil their rights."
Sounds worthwhile to me...
I know it's not a marathon, but that's no excuse for you not to dig deep!
