We help people with Osteogenesis Imperfecta to be independent and feel less isolated

Story

On the 20th May, a group of us will be walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks trail, in memory of our friend Rob Goldsmith who died in 2022 due to complications arising from Osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease). Anyone who knew Rob, will remember his humour, kindness and resilience (and his unfortunate allegiance to Arsenal).

Walking the 24 mile Yorkshire 3 Peaks trail will no doubt be tough, but is nothing compared to the challenges Rob faced and overcame.

Whether you knew Rob from his time at Newcastle Uni, where he was Castle Leazes President 2002/3, from his school days in Stokesley, or his time working for Sage - donations towards this great charity are much appreciated.

We'll share updates on the day and no doubt some blistered feet - and will raise a glass to the man, the myth, the legend when (if!) we finish.
