Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I’m going to run 120km during April to raise money for Kidney Research. More funding is needed for kidney research which impacts millions of people. Some data suggests 1 in 10 will suffer some form of kidney illness during their life.

Those who know me will be aware I suffered kidney failure due to polycystic kidneys, after several years on dialysis I had both kidneys removed and received a miracle transplant in September 2015. During COVID, after shielding, I started walking and then running. In 2024 I had a few health blips, transverse myelitis and sepsis but have bounced back to good health and am getting fit again.
