“In December, I will embark on another fitness challenge, completing 40 x 3minute rounds of fun body sparring
with 1min intervals between the rounds.   Sparring partners will be volunteers from across the Advisory ExCo and my network of friends / clients (including insurance industry professionals), comprising a range of ages, genders and abilities, taking place at St Paul’s Boxing Academy in Hull.  https://www.stpaulsboxing.co.uk/

Support for the event is already gathering pace; a former boxing World Chamption, Stevie Smith, now an amateur and professional boxing coach, has agreed to participate in a number of rounds.   Carl

The event will be a fun way to raise vital funds in support of Mires Beck.  This charity provides work experience and social therapeutic horticulture for adults who live with the challenges of learning difficulties, autism and physical disabilities at their 14 acre nursery and conservation site in East Yorkshire.  Their work enriches lives
