Gallagher, proud title partner of Premiership Rugby are delighted to be working in partnership with Wooden Spoon, the childrens charity of rugby with their annual charity cycle, The Road to Twickenham.

Story

Wooden Spoon is the children’s charity of rugby, funding life-changing projects across the UK and Ireland to support children and young people with disabilities or facing disadvantage. Research shows that 1 in 10 children in the UK and Ireland have a disability and there are 3.5 million children in the UK living in poverty. These numbers continue to rise and more and more children need our help. Our vision is that through the power of rugby, every child and young person has access to the same opportunities.

Since retiring from playing, I have had the privilege of being a trustee for the Newcastle Rugby Foundation, and Honorary President of the Wooden Spoon in Durham.  It has allowed me to see first hand the wonderful work that they are doing, and also to know that all donations will make a huge difference to those charities.

Thank you in advance for you generous support, it really will make a difference!! I will keep you updated with our progress!!
