We provide support and information to help people live life with MS

Story

This Summer the first ever RideLondon-Surrey 100 will take place and is set to become the London Marathon of cycling. As I'm not much of a runner, this is more my kind of challenge! And it will be one hell of a challenge -- 100 miles along the route of the London 2012 Olympic Road Race, this ride has been designed to be a huge challenge to even the best of (amatuer) riders.

I'll be raising money for MS-UK, a charity that is close to my heart as my own mum has had progressive MS since the mid-90s. MS-UK are dedicated to giving support and information to anyone affected by MS. They provide counselling, advice, and education for people suffering from MS or their families. It's easy to forget that a disease as debilitating as this doesn't just effect one person, it effects the people around them.

For the past 18 years or so my Mum has suffered with MS, but she has never complained. And my Dad has been by her side the whole time. This fundraising effort is for both of them and hopefully many others who can benefit from the services MS-UK offer.

Please donate whatever you can as every bit helps towards the total.

Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to MS-UK and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Thank you.
