Story
Once again I’m boxing in aid of Cancer Research UK as it’s a charity close to my heart having lost so many relatives to cancer, I was very close with my grandad for example in his 14 year battle with prostate cancer until he sadly passed away last year as well as my nan who I lost just before my 11th birthday.
I gave it a go in April and I enjoyed every minute of it, it was tough but well worth it in the end so I am more than happy to do it all over again. After 8 weeks of hard training last time I came out fitter than I’ve ever been before and unfortunately was forced to fight with an injury after damaging my ankle tendons on a run a week before the event so hopefully this time I will have no setbacks. Since moving to Hull I have gained a lot of friends who have been very supportive and were last time I fought so I’m very lucky to have them round me, I’m sure they’ll be just as helpful this time around.
Any donations are very much appreciated and go a long way thank you.
