On 4th September I along with friends will be hiking 5 1/2 miles over Cannock Chase in tribute to my late wife and at the same time fundraising for MASE. This is our 5th hike.

MASE (Monthly Alzheimer's Support Evenings) are held monthly at four venues in Cannock and Stafford area. Help and advice is available 24/7.

During the pandemic MASE delivered 5000+ meal's to carer's and cared for. For those thinking about sponsoring, it's to know that MASE is run entirely by unpaid dedicated volunteers. Every penny raised goes to benefit those with Alzheimer's and just as important their career's.

I've seen the heartache that Alzheimer's brings, but I've also seen the relief that an evening at MASE brings. For a few vital hour's each month they are provided with friendship, advice and much needed support.
