The money we raise will help fund Shelters helpline, which provides vital advice and support to anyone struggling with bad housing and homelessness, 365 days a year. Each call answered by an expert Shelter Adviser can be the difference between someone keeping and losing their home. However, as our country is in the depths of a housing emergency, the demand is overwhelming. Shelter can currently only answer 1 in 3 calls to their helpline.With thousands of people seeking help and another family in England being made homeless every 11 minutes, every donation from Best Western members and their guests makes a difference.Just £10 can answer a call to the Helpline, so your donation really will make a difference.
