Story

On Wednesday 28th June I will be setting off from Frodsham in North Cheshire, to walk to Whitchurch in the South of the County, and then back again for charity. I will be sleeping wherever I can along the way and will be carrying all my own kit and food etc. It's a total distance of around 70 miles and I am aiming to cover it in about 2.5 days. I will be doing it to raise funds for the MCFs Cheshire Festival. The MCF is the UKs biggest charitable giver next to the National Lottery and in Cheshire alone supports a surprising number of small and large organisations through grants, all paid for through Donations. We have supported or continue to support: blood bikes, air ambulance, fire brigade, clatterbridge cancer hospital, a huge number of hospices across the County and country to name but a few. I know times are tough for us all but, please consider supporting the MCF by committing to sponsor me for ANY amount. If everyone gave a pound it would make a huge difference!
