On the 22nd of May 2011 I completed the Mad Monk Challenge in Derbyshire, to raise money for Cancer Research. 1hour and 4mins

It involved a 10km run, swim, climb, crawling, balancing and leg sapping hills! 

I suspect there are loads of people who couldn't believe I could complete it, so give me a some credit for the effort I put in and donate.

I hope to raise £1000 so any donation, no matter how small, will be gratefully received to help support the work this fantastic charity does.
