My dad sadly passed away in January of heart disease which came as a big shock as it was not known he had heart problems. My friends and family thought it would be nice to take part in the London to Brighton bike ride this year in his memory and to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Fittingly the ride this year takes place on Father's Day so will be emotional.
