So you sign up to Tough Mudder and then at some point stop and think  to ensure you do it for a worthy cause. So which one . . . . . there is of course only one option.  

Knowing Kane and the boys through kids football Coles memory was clearly the only cause in my mind. Having battle so bravely with leukaemia and lymphoma Cole sadly lost his short battle with cancer on 16th February 14. 

Speaking to Coles mum and dad their request to specifically support the Claire House Bereavement Support Team is clearly a fantastic cause and all donations will go a long way to support many other families in the future as they have with Lincoln and Korey.

The team provide fantastic support through counselling support for bereaved siblings as well as through organised events and days out.

There is no time limit on grief and loss affects each of us in different ways. That’s why their counsellors are available to families for as long as is needed. Children, young people and their families can benefit from individual sessions with the teams counsellors, or may wish to discuss their feelings and experiences in a group.
