Comic Relief 2024 is back! 

Blessed and privileged to be able to organise with the fantastic team at Furzefiled Leisure Centre my 4th Comic Relief fundraiser!

This year with God's Grace I am aiming to bring the community together again for a sponsored 12-hour 'Red Nose themed Spinathon' at Furzefield Leisure Centre on Sunday 3rd March from 07:30-19:30 with all proceeds going towards Comic Relief and even a live DJ bringing us home towards the end 😅🚴‍♀️🔴

Any spinning enthusiasts I would love you to be part of the tribe!  There are 3 types of challenges to get you Spinning!

1 - Get sponsored and Go Hardcore as a Solo Cyclist for all 12 hours raising a minimum of £150.
2 - Book a bike and as a team collectively raise a minimum of £150 to form a team relay for the day 12 hour day. 
3 - Book an individual class for £10 per hour.  £15 for the Live DJ slots!

Certificates and awards are being decided for Hardcore and Teams riders for example on the furthest distance traveled, and most fun-themed outfits!

As always Comic Relief and the charities it supports in particular for Poverty and Mental Health have been very personal to me, especially since my return from my near-fatal accident 6 years ago where I was left paralysed after a cycling accident and without much hope of moving let alone walking and cycling again!  So blessed and grateful I am in a position to give back in some way and also help those around me find their limits and raise awareness of the fantastic work Comic Relief does for people here in the UK and abroad.

Red Nose Day is back on Friday 15 March and I'm joining people across the nation to do something funny for money. However much you can spare, your donation will go to Comic Relief to help people facing poverty in our communities, here in the UK and around the world.
