Story
Ronald McDonald House Camberwell has provided free accommodation to the parents and siblings of sick children at King’s College Hospital since April 2000. Since opening, hundreds of families have passed through its doors, benefiting from the 10 private en suite bedrooms, communal living areas and children’s play area.
Recently, and with the money raised by families and supporters, the House relocated to a 24-bedroom terraced building on Windsor Walk, meaning it can now help even more families.
The relocation cost was £2.7 million, and although we've achieved this target, we’re calling on businesses and the community across London and the South East to help secure vital initial running costs for the facility.
