Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
This has been postponed until 2022!
In March 2019, our #AbsolutelyFantastic Russell Jeffery sadly passed away from cancer. Russell was the founder, owner and heart and soul of Riverside and, along with his wife Jo and dedicated team, has been the driving force to build it into what it is today.
In August 2022, a few of us from Riverside will be taking part in a challenging three-day trek over the volcanic terrain of southern Iceland to help raise money.
We know that many of you love Russell's famous YouTube videos and received so much advice from him over the years, whether in-store, over the phone or through Riverside’s YouTube channel, and we will be documenting some of our training so that you can keep up with our preparation.
We will be running fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for Cancer Research UK, but we'd also appreciate any donations to this worthy cause you are able to give, and would love you to help us spread awareness.
Follow our social media channels to keep up to date with our tedious training, fantastic fundraising and the mountains of money we end up raising.
Help us reach our target, and do something #AbsolutelyFantastic for Cancer Research UK
