Standing against Covid-19

Covid-19 has affected everyone’s lives this year, some more than others.
We as a population faced the daunting reality of being asked to stay in our homes and put a halt to our normal lives.
This had a devastating affect on many aspects of lives and resulted in the pause of fundraising.
Rossendale Hospice rely massively on members of our public creating and organising fundraisers to enable their services to the vulnerable.
With social distancing being the new norm and making planned fundraisers near impossible, we as a team would like to help contribute to raising some well needed money.

We’ve put together the challenge of covering the distance from our well loved Rossendale to Wuhan, where it reportedly begun.
This is a gruelling 8,835km!!!
From our calculations we have estimated that throughout September we would need to cover 295km per day in order to reach this target.
