Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 20th August I'll be embarking on the most challenging, exciting and certainly most adventurous thing I've done in my life....so far! 

With no previous sailing experience I will be competing in Leg 1 of the Clipper RoundtheWorld Ocean Yacht Race from Liverpool to Punta del Este, Uruguay. This journey is 6,400 nautical miles and is scheduled to take 33-36 days. 

Learning how to sail and cook (for 20!), whilst sleep deprived, on a boat that seems to be permanently at 45 degrees is just part of the "fun". What could possibly go wrong?!!

I'm delighted to have been chosen as part of Team UNICEF, which is also the official race charity. If you'd like to help me raise money for UNICEF then please make a donation.
