Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. We signed up for this run in March 2022 and it hasn't been an easy journey. Why did we choose to run? Well what better reason to put yourself through hours of pain then to see a child smile? Exactly, we thought the same! To be honest its all that has kept us going and made us do silly things like wake up at 5AM!! 

A little more about the event...

The Run Leicester Half Marathon is the perfect opportunity to discover our dynamic city like never before. Home to an incredible running community, Run Leicester sees thousands of participants take to the streets in a celebration of the sport, the people and the wonderful sights.

Not only that, expect an electrifying atmosphere on the day! Cheers, chants and celebration will get you through the 13.1 miles. Spectators are encouraged to join the fun in both our runner’s village and along the route.
