I started my career with horses in The King's Troop and was there immersed in military and ceremonial culture.  I owe my whole career with horses to those who taught me everything they knew.

Help for Heroes is a wonderful organisation supporting injured servicemen and women who have fought for us in theatres of war. This is my way of giving something back to those who serve us.  By combining my lifelong love and passion for horses with a sense of adventure, I hope to complete the journey of a lifetime which will challenge me and the beautiful Australian Heritage Horses in ways we can't even imagine.

As we commemorate centenary of The Great War, I wanted to do my bit by honouring the horses who died for us, the men and women who still sacrifice everything for us, and the gallant Australians who still serve alongside us as colleagues and friends.
