RIDE TO THE BURN CHALLENGE
I am setting up the ultimate self-reliance challenge to support the music and entrepreneurship school being built in Langa township by Bridges for Music, riding on a bicycle from Cape Town to Tankwa Town, non-stop, and in fasting mode!
My personal goal is raising 2.000€ for helping the construction of the school, which is in its final stage.
First and foremost, the school you will be supporting is inspired by lots of the values and learnings from the burn and will be teaching life and entrepreneurial skills together with music and art. More on this here: http://bit.ly/2qr1NlP
What is it for?
To support the final stage of construction of the Bridges for Music school in Langa and spread the values of Afrika Burn.
The (social) challenge:
The ride is done with a support car that will carry baggage and the second bikes for the change at the dirt road. The first part is done on a road bike and the second part once you hit the dirt road will be on a fat bike.
This is the second part to a positive change, the first one was Burning Man Quest (https://youtu.be/Zzbegjy8ENQ) - a triathlon from San Francisco into Black Rock City. Now, I'm setting up the second part with RIDE TO THE BURN CHALLENGE.
I will guide the participants through the training program before the race and also the post-race recovery, including macrobiotic diet tips and avoiding any non-natural supplements.
