GameBlast is the UKs biggest annual charity gaming marathon weekend in aid of The Gamer's Charity SpecialEffect. Your GameBlast donations will enable SpecialEffect to help gamers with disabilities by finding out what they want to play, and exactly what they need to play it. Everyone's abilities are different so they'll match, modify or create custom gaming setups, and give lifelong support so they can continue to get the best out of it.

"From modified gaming controllers to eye-control systems, every system we provide is personalised. Sometimes that might mean adding voice control or a chin joystick. Or we might get the drill and soldering iron out to adapt the button positions on a regular controller. There are hundreds of potential solutions, and its our job to find the right one."

I will be streaming between 9am and 9pm (GMT) on Friday 26 February and Saturday 27 February playing a variety of games. To spice things up this time I will be throwing in a randomised workout on the hour every hour over 2-3 rounds. I will have 12 pre-set movements and use a D12 die to select which I will do each time. For every £50 raised I will add a movement per round.

Also for every £10 raised I will run 1k in March. This will either be in a single run or split over 2-3 runs. I will update via Twitter (@RidentFFXI) when this takes place.
