I'm cycling the RideLondon-Essex 100 for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. If you're black that's 1 in 4. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate.

I was diagnosed in 2022 and a year later I'm virtually cancer-free I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. I'm also doing this to raise awareness of this disease which if caught early will save lives.
