We're a team of ten, including four sixty-one year olds who began school together fifty years ago this September. Ride & Stride is a walking, running and cycling relay around the North Coast 500 route in the Scottish Highlands, raising money for three UK charities: Parkinson's UK, Cancer Research UK and MIND. These are all charities close to our hearts, as they have impacted us or family members and close friends directly.
