As many of you will know, Peter was a keen cyclist, riding on and off-road every weekend, even when he was unwell. Following his passing, a group of his close friends came up with the idea of a cycle ride in his memory and here we are.

The first two events were a huge success with a large group of family and friends meeting for a ride and a social catch up. We know Peter would have loved the idea, and we look forward to seeing you all at the 2019 ride where we welcome cyclist and non cyclist friends.

As well as being a great social event, the ride is about supporting a cause close to us all, as Peter, along with millions of others suffered from cancer. The charities involved do an amazing job in helping, supporting and researching in order to overcome this terrible disease, and to cover the care for those who suffer from it. All money raised from the event will go towards St Margarets Hospice.
