We're a team of ten, including four sixty-one year olds who began school together fifty years ago this September. Ride & Stride is a walking, running and cycling relay around the North Coast 500 route in the Scottish Highlands, raising money for three UK charities: MIND, Parkinson's UK and Cancer Research UK. These are all charities close to our hearts, as the conditions have impacted us or family members and close friends directly.
