Hi folks, both of my daughters Neve & Thea have recently been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. This is a lifelong autoimmune disease and there is no cure. The only treatment is a strict gluten-free diet for life. Thea had her diagnosis confirmed around a year ago and Neve is going into Southampton General on Tuesday for a Gastroscopy to confirm her diagnosis also. I know for most people 10km is a walk in the park but the furthest I’ve ever managed up until now is 5km so it will definitely be a challenge for me!
